One Injured After School Bus Collides With Car, Pole In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person was injured in an accident involving a school bus in Northeast Philadelphia Monday morning.

It happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. at Byberry and Thorton Roads.

Authorities say a the bus collided with a car and then slammed into a utility pole.

There were no children on the bus at the time of the crash.

One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
