1 Dead, 2 Hospitalized In Grays Ferry Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Grays Ferry are investigating a homicide overnight.

Authorities say three men were shot on the 1200 block of South 28th Street.

A 38-year-old man was rushed to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, where he was pronounced dead.

A second man, 40, was shot in the legs and taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in a private vehicle. He is in stable condition.

A third man, 45, was taken by private vehicle to Stratford Kennedy Hospital in NJ, then transferred to Cooper. That man's condition is unknown.

An investigation is ongoing.
