Marsha Brown, owner and CEO of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, says it took her a year to negotiate the lease on a new location, but this week they finally open at 1800 Market, the building that use to be Elephant and Castle.

"You know, I've spent over $5 million in the location so that speaks for itself of the design that we did; its got original art in it, it's contemporary and traditional," Brown said. "It's got a little bit of everything in it."

She says the location fills a void near the Comcast Center.

"We're four blocks from Rittenhouse Square and I think it just really ties everything together," she said.
