On Its 80th Birthday, Monopoly Is Getting A Makeover
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One of America's favorite games is getting a facelift just in time for its 80th birthday.
Monopoly began in 1935 with the streets of Atlantic City on the board.
While the traditional game will still have the AC connection, Hatboro is scheduled to announce the winners of an online poll for its 80th anniversary editions.
Those special editions will feature various cities of the world on the game board.
