Olney Man Missing More Than a Week, Requires Medication

By Molly Daly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in finding an Olney man who disappeared more than a week ago.

Authorities say 22-year-old Brasheed Cook was last seen the Sunday before Christmas at his home in the 400 block of W. Fisher Avenue.  His mother reported him missing yesterday (Sunday).

His family says he suffers from a medical condition and needs to take medication.

Brasheed is 5'7" tall, and thin about 145 lbs., with brown eyes, short black curly hair, and a light beard and mustache.

When last seen, he was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a royal blue t-shirt.  His family says he often visits the area around C Street and Allegheny Avenue, in Kensington.

Anyone with information about Brasheed Cook is asked to call 911.
