Officials Seize Numerous Baked Goods During Undercover Drug Investigation

HARRISBURG, P.A. (CBS) -- A Mechanicsburg man was arrested and charged with selling a form of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at a music festival in Tioga County. The arrest was announced by Attorney General Kathleen Kane on Tuesday.

Bryan David Ray Stone, 35, was charged with the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a small amount of marijuana, unlawful delivery of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Office of the Attorney General underwent an undercover investigation and employed agents to attend Bear's Picnic in Liberty Township.

The agents were tasked with buying fudge and chocolate that was suspected of containing marijuana. In addition to the chocolate obtained, 85 baked goods were also seized including muffins and Rice Krispies Treats.

Stone was arraigned on Monday morning and a preliminary hearing is set for August 18.

Officials also seized 254 smoking devices in addition to $2,282. The Office of the Attorney General expects further arrest as they continue to investigate.
