Officials Seek To ID Victim Found At Scene Of Fire In NJ

LOWER TOWNSHIP, NJ (CBS) -- Authorities say one man is dead following a fire in Cape May County, New Jersey.

Officials are now trying to identify the victim.

The blaze occurred in the Shaw Crest Mobile Home Park located off of Route 47 in Lower Township.

Crews arrived to the scene at the intersection of Diane and Channel Avenues and found the maintenance trailer fully engulfed in flames.

Officials say once the fire was extinguished, the remains of the male were found.

Authorities say the unidentified male was wearing a red and black plaid flannel shirt and gray sweat pants.
