Officials: Pedestrian Killed In Lehigh County Hit-And-Run

SOUTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- The search is on for a driver wanted in a deadly hit-and-run in Lehigh County.

It happened around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday.

Police say a person driving a newer model Toyota struck and killed a pedestrian on the 1700 block of Mauch Chunk Road in South Whitehall Township.

Police: 16-Year-Old Boy In Stable Condition After Being Shot By Mother

They say the car sustained front grille, bumper, and possible hood damage.
