Officials: Pepsi Bottling Company Evacuated Following Ammonia Leak

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A Pepsi Bottling Company in Northeast Philadelphia was evacuated following an ammonia leak on Thursday morning.

Hazmat crews were called to 1121 Roosevelt Blvd. at 11:53 a.m., after reports of an ammonia leak.

Hazmat and fire crews at the scene said there are no reported illnesses or injuries.

The leak has been contained.
