Officials: Fetus Discovered On Conveyor Belt At Recycling Plant In South Jersey

CAMDEN, NJ (CBS) -- Officials in Camden County are investigating the death of a fetus they say was found at a business in Camden, New Jersey.

Authorities responded to the recycling plant, ReCommunity Camden, after an employee found the fetus on conveyor belt Thursday afternoon.

Officials say the cause and manner of death are unknown at this time and an autopsy is planned for Friday.

No word on the gender of the fetus.
