PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Authorities are charging a man with arson connected to a three-alarm fire at a Center City Philadelphia building last month.

Police say 52-year old Stephen Pettiway was arrested without incident Wednesday afternoon by the ATF Arson Task Force.

Flames broke out around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15 inside a two-story building at 13th and Chancellor Streets and quickly grew to three alarms.

One hundred firefighters from 20 companies worked to get the fire under control in less than two hours.

No one was injured in the blaze.

Officials later announced the fire had been ruled arson and offered a reward for information leading to an arrest.
