Odell Beckham Jr.'s Suspension Upheld

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Odell Beckham Jr.'s one game suspension has been upheld the league announced on Wednesday.

The New York Giants wide receiver was suspended one game for his actions last Sunday against cornerback Josh Norman and the Carolina Panthers. Beckham and Norman got into repeated physical altercations and Beckham racked up three personal foul penalties during the game.

Beckham Jr. issued the following apology on Wednesday:

The 6-8 Giants will be without Beckham when they play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football, as they try to keep their playoff hopes alive.
