Nutter: Trump Thinks Presidency Is 'Entry-Level Job On The Apprentice'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Former Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter took the stage on Thursday, the final day of the Democratic National Convention.

Nutter opened by acknowledging the City of Brotherly Love's acumen for affection. "Philadelphia has always been a friendly place for Democrats," Nutter said. In the city he once ran, Nutter made the case for why Hillary Clinton should be the next president of the United States and why Donald Trump should not be.

"I cast my ballot for our historic nominee, Hillary Clinton," Nutter told the assembled delegates at the Wells Fargo Center.

Nutter discussed the plight of many American cities, especially in respect to gun violence. He expressed that Clinton would be the better option for curing the problem. "I've known her as a change-maker for our cities."

Nutter wrapped things up by disqualifying Trump as a suitable candidate for the office. "When you're looking down at America, from the top of Trump tower, you can't see the details," Nutter said. Nutter added that Trump "thinks the presidency is an entry-level job on The Apprentice."
