Person struck, killed by car in Northeast Philadelphia on Cottman Avenue, police say
A person was struck and killed by a car in Northeast Philadelphia on Cottman Avenue Tuesday night, police said.
The crash happened on the 2100 block of Cottman Avenue at around 7:48 p.m., according to police.
The person was pronounced dead at 8:28 p.m. Police said the driver remained on the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
