Police Looking For Man Who Started Trash Fire In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police need help to find the man who started a trash fire in North Philadelphia on Wednesday. The fire was started Wednesday morning on the 700 block of West Cumberland Street.
No one was hurt, but the fire caused some damage to the building.
