Nonessential Businesses In New Jersey Reopen For Curbside Pickup Only

TRENTON (CBS) -- Nonessential retail businesses in New Jersey can begin to reopen Monday, but not without restrictions. Retailers who open their doors will be limited to curbside pickup only beginning at 6 a.m. 

In-person shopping is still not allowed.

Retailers who do open their doors will be limited to curbside pickup only.

Drive-through and drive-in events, like movies, are allowed to open as well as nonessential construction.
