Nola's Debut Produces Highest Rated TV Audience In Over One Year

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Aaron Nola made his major league debut on Tuesday night, and plenty of folks were interested.

Last night's Phillies game on Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia ranked No. 1 in its time period in total audience and in all key adult and male demos, according to a statement released by the Phillies on Wednesday.

The 4.9 household rating (145,000 HH) was the highest total audience rating on CSN Philadelphia since June 2014, according to the team. Furthermore, at 9:15 p.m. the game peaked at 165,000 HHs.

Nola, 22, dazzled allowing just one run, five hits, and one walk while striking out six in six innings of work. Unfortunately, the lone run scored by the Tampa Bay Rays was enough for them to oust the Phillies, 1-0.
