NJ Nanny Arrested After Stealing Jewelry Worth Thousands From Family

BURLINGTON COUNTY, N.J. (CBS) -- A Mount Laurel nanny has been arrested for allegedly keeping an eye on more than just the kids.

Evesham Township Police say 25-year old Emily Greatrex allegedly took over $15,000 worth of jewelry and cash from a family she worked for between February and May of this year.

After being contacted by the family, detectives say they found pictures of Greatrex with some of the jewelry on social media, and were able to track down pawn shop records of her selling some of the items taken.

Greatrex is charged with 2nd degree theft, and is currently free on bail.
