New York Daily News Steals 'Underdog' Mantra For Yankees

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Lane Johnson isn't happy about it either.

The New York Daily News' cover read "The Underdogs" describing the New York Yankees.

Of course, the Eagles used this slogan during their Super Bowl LII run, lead by Johnson and Chris Long.

Johnson tweeted: "Real original #fakenews" on Thursday morning.

The Yankees, despite adding NL MVP Giancarlo Stanton are considered underdogs to the Red Sox by some.
