New Twitter Account For Philadelphia's New Mayor
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Jim Kenney was sworn in Monday as the 99th mayor of Philadelphia. The city's new mayor is also revamping his social media efforts.
Kenney has a new office, a new job -- and a new twitter account -- @PhillyMayor.
In an email, Kenney's camp assured, even with this change, that he's still going to be "the same Jim Kenney that you helped elect."
You can still follow the mayor at @JimFKenney, but for official tweets from the Mayor's Office, head on over to @PhillyMayor.
Kenney is also on Instagram and Facebook under the handle PhillyMayor.
