PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A new show on The Food Network features two Philadelphia store owner brothers.

Adam Erace, co-owner of the Green Aisle Grocery stores in Philadelphia, says the show he hosts with his brother Andrew called Great American Food Finds is essentially a road trip focused on food.

"We go to bakeries, we go to candy shops, we go to pasta makers, so you're going to meet some fun characters doing some interesting foods."

He says they came to The Food Network through a casting call for the show and it turned out to be a perfect fit.

"Andrew and I were like -- we do that already, everyday for our stores. You know, we pride ourselves on being able to find really unique, interesting products. When we travel, we're constantly texting each other pictures of products that we find and we think, could this be something that could work for Green Aisle?"

Five episodes have been taped. Whether or not the show takes off will be based on ratings.

"The best part was definitely getting to meet these people and trade kind of business notes with them. That's really fun."

The show airs Monday night at 9:30 p.m.
