New Reading Terminal Market Merchant, 'Condiment', Offers A New Spin On The Classics

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Just when you thought Reading Terminal Market couldn't get any tastier, a new merchant is moving in.

Condiment will be the newest shop at the Center City landmark. It will supply hand-crafted, customizable condiments.

The new company's focus: Keeping It Healthy

"We're also providing preservative free basics, such as ketchup, made without any high fructose corn syrup or any preservatives," said Condiment's Elizabeth Halen. "Mayonnaise will be whipped to order. Butter will be made on a daily basis from a rotation of farm creams from local Pennsylvania farms."

With the new store moving in, the market will be at full capacity, bringing the total number of tenants to 80.
