New Jersey's Un-Snow Snowman

CLAYTON, N.J. (CBS) --  In Clayton, people participating in the 2nd Annual Snowman Contest were probably asked (a lot) how they were able to build snowmen when it's so warm out it almost feels like Spring?

Well, who says you need snow to have a snowman contest?
