MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (CBS) --- A grand jury in South Jersey has indicted a 22-year-old Pemberton woman in the murder of her newborn daughter almost 3 months ago.

Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier is facing counts of murder one and child endangerment for the January death of the child, who had just been born in the woman's home.

Bail remains at a half million dollars for Dorvilier, who was arrested a mile from her Pemberton home as her baby laid smoldering on the street. Police say Dorviller gave birth at home, drove to that street, doused the baby with an accelerant and lit her on fire. The child died a couple hours after police arrived on the scene.

Dorvilier has been in custody since that day. Should she be convicted, Dorvilier could get life without parole.
