BORDENTOWN, N.J. (CBS) -- New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced the state of emergency will be lifted at 6 a.m. Thursday. The snow switched over to rain or freezing rain in Haddon Heights, leaving the roads slick and slushy in a few spots.

SEPTA, Amtrak Modifying Service Due To Winter Storm
On I-295 in Bordentown, snow stuck to the roadway and caused an accident. Just north of Exit 57, a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer collided. There are no reported injuries.
The travel restriction that was in place for commercial vehicles most of the day Wednesday, was lifted at 5 p.m.
During a press conference on Wednesday afternoon, Gov. Phil Murphy said that NJDOT plows are on the roads to keep them clear during the evening commute.
"Our main concern in this storm is the impact on this evening's commute," said Murphy, adding that those who are traveling during the storm to take it slow and use common sense.
The governor says once you get home safe, make it an evening at home and don't go out if you don't have to.
Winter Storm Dropping Snow Across Region, Before It Changes Over To Sleet, Freezing Rain
Most of New Jersey is under a winter weather advisory issued by the National Weather Service.
