New Franklin Institute Exhibition Explores The Human Brain

By Jason Rothman

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Get ready for a journey inside the human mind.

Monday morning, CBS3 Health Reporter Stephanie Stahl gives viewers an exclusive first look at 'Your Brain' -- a new exhibition at The Franklin Institute.

'Your Brain' consists of 70 different interactive exhibits and uses lighting, sound-effects and high-tech digital displays to let visitors explore a mysterious part of the body that scientists still don't fully understand.

Stahl's preview will show viewers why multitasking is a myth, how optical illusions work and much more. Tune in and be the first to see the two-story Neural Light Show or Climbing Cortex -- one of the exhibition's highlights.

Stephanie Stahl's live reports begin at 5:45 a.m. on Eyewitness News This Morning on CBS 3 and continue through the 8 a.m. newscast on CBS 3's sister station, The CW Philly.

Viewers will also learn how they can see this amazing exhibit for free.
