Neighbors In Berks County Caught On Camera Dumping Trash

READING, Pa. (CBS) – Authorities in Berks County are searching for neighbors caught on camera illegally dumping trash.
Police are hoping someone recognizes the suspects from surveillance video.
They are seen pulling into an alley on the 400 block of North 9th Street and then unloading heaps of trash from their vehicle.
Police say all tips can remain anonymous.
