PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - My Talking Angela.

You've probably seen the Talking Tom app, if you have kids. Users speak into the device and have it parroted back in a distorted fashion.

My Talking Angela builds on that, letting you raise the character from kitten to cat and dress her up however you'd like.

It's targeted at young girls, but there's plenty of advertising and in-game purchase opportunities here, so you'll want to be careful before letting young ones play.
