1 Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Philadelphia Police Car In Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - One person was injured following a multi-vehicle crash involving a Philadelphia police vehicle. The crash happened on the 4400 block of Paul Street the city's Frankford section, around 11:47 a.m. Monday

Investigators say a silver Kia traveling south on Paul Street struck a Philadelphia Parking Authority tow truck, sideswiped a Philadelphia police vehicle and hit two other vehicles.

 

The driver of the Kia was taken to the hospital. The extent of injuries is unknown.

No one else was injured.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
