PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - There are all kinds of spectacular sights to see at the Flower Show this week and, oddly enough, they're all rather naturally interconnected.

While children may be lured to the 'Frozen' extravaganza or enchanted by princesses and pirates from cartoons and movies they've watched endlessly, the exhibits before them really become an early lesson in Nature's flower power.

Wandering through the movie-themed displays sparks many adult imaginations too; you can hear people chattering about plans for their home gardens based on movies they love and ideas inspired by the floral fantasies they see at the show.

And while we're drawn into Gene London's Hollywood collection by our fond memories of his TV show and the films of these fabulous fashions, you can clearly see Nature's handiwork in so many of the dresses displayed. From intricate brocades mimicking leaf patterns to beaded floral flounces to cascades of faux flowers flowing down the front of a gown, you'll find the very real life of the botanical world beautifully interwoven into the reels of the movies.
