Montgomery County Woman, 42, Arrested For Reportedly Having Sex With Teen
UPPER POTTSGROVE, Pa. (CBS) – A 42-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a teen boy.
On Nov. 15 around 8:30 p.m., an Upper Pottsgrove police officer saw two vehicles in Hollenbach Park after the park had closed.
Inside one of the cars, the officer reportedly found Iris Gibney and a 17-year-old male naked and engaged in physical contact.
Both Gibney and the victim allegedly admitted they were engaging in sexual activity.
An investigation revealed Gibney and the victim had met at Pottsgrove High School while attending a school function. After their first encounter, Gibney and the victim continued to communicate on Twitter, and Gibney reportedly sent nude photos of herself to the male on several occasions.
Gibney was arraigned on Tuesday and is facing charges of Corruption of Minors, Disseminating Obscene Materials to a Minor, and Trespass by Motor Vehicle.
