Montgomery County Teacher Accused Of Sexual Relationship With 14-Year-Old Student

NORRISTOWN (CBS) -- According to the Montgomery County District Attorney and Norristown Police, a math teacher at Eisenhower Middle School has been arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old student.

Jessica Streeper, 33, is accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a student in her class.

"It was shocking, especially so close to home,"  Kaneisha Baker said.

Parent Bryan Rivas said he got a message from the school's principal.

"I just got a message off my phone but they didn't give a name of who it was or anything," he said. "It just says keep an eye on your kids."

On May 19, police received an anonymous report that an eighth grade teacher at Eisenhower Middle School was involved in a relationship with a student. An investigation revealed that Streeper had allegedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy her class.

Investigators say that during the school year, Streeper and the victim began communicating via text message, and a forensic examination revealed the texts were allegedly sexual in nature.

Investigators say that Streeper had allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim on several occasions after picking him up from his home in Norristown.

Authorities say after picking him up, Streeper would then drive a short distance and allegedly have sex with the student in her vehicle or in her home in Doylestown.

An adamant no comment from a woman that came to the door at Streeper's Doylestown home.

No comment from school officials at Eisenhower Middle School. Meantime, Streeper has been charged with institutional sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and related charges.
