Montgomery County Lunch Lady Floors Students During Karaoke
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A lunch lady at Souderton Area High School is quickly rising to internet stardom.
Becky Alderfer took the mic during Teacher's Karaoke and belted out a Christmas tune that left students utterly astonished.
The more she sang, the louder the kids cheered-- making it sound more like a sold-out show than a school employee singing in a cafeteria.
The video, shot by student Cameron Zettlemoyer, has garnered nearly 8,000 views so far on YouTube.
Zettlemoyer said of the video, "Teacher Karaoke turns amazing when a lunch lady takes the mic. She stuns with her vocal skills, taking the students by storm. (She declined autographs following her performance, and had to be escorted through the crowd of screaming fans to return to washing trays.)

While Alderfer may have declined signing autographs immediately following her performance, she's already getting requests on her Facebook page.
