Mom Who "Gifted" Daughter Remains In Jail After Judge Denies Bail Reduction

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Pennsylvania woman charged in connection with 12 girls found in a Feasterville home has been denied bail reduction.

Savilla Stoltzfus remains behind bars on $1 million bail, along with her husband Daniel Stoltzfus and Lee Kaplan.

Police say the couple gifted their 14-year-old daughter to Kaplan after he helped them out financially.

Officials rescued the teen and 11 other children from Kaplan's home in June.

The Stoltzfus' are charged with child endangerment, while Kaplan faces sexual assault charges.
