Millions Of Ticketmaster Customers Eligible For Free Tickets

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Starting today, millions of Ticketmaster customers are eligible to receive free tickets, but some are having trouble getting them.
Ticketmaster settled a lawsuit over ticket fees.
It is distributing $45 million worth of cash, discounts and free tickets.
Customers must have purchased tickets between October 1999 and February 2013.
To find out if you are eligible, log on to the Ticketmaster website and click on "vouchers."
However, it may take some time as some people are reporting the website has been crashing.
Also, seats are only good for selected shows.
