Report: Michal Neuvirth 'Likely' To Start Tonight For Flyers

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Down three games to none, the Flyers need to shake things up. And that's exactly what Dave Hakstol appears to be doing.

According to Flyers reporter Sam Carchidi, goalie Michal Neuvirth is "likely" to start tonight in Game 4 against the Capitals.

While Steve Mason certainly has not been the reason for the Flyers' struggles in this series, he has allowed 12 goals in three games including a few iffy back-breaking ones.

Neuvirth made 17 saves on 19 shots in the Flyers' season-finale win at the New York Islanders on April 10th, his first action since suffering a meniscus tear on March 20th.

Neuvirth was 18-8-4 in 32 games played with a 2.27 goals against average and a .924 save percentage this season.
