PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Boaters placed a wreath in the Delaware River to honor Eddie Verzella, who was the operator of the Ben Franklin Yacht. He was killed in an accident on June 14.

The boating community held a memorial service Sunday afternoon for Verzella on Penn's Landing.
He was known as "Captain Lucky" to family, friends and loyal customers.
