Medical Examiner: Delaware County Teen Died Of Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (CBS) – The Delaware County medical Examiner has completed an autopsy on the 13-year-old boy who went missing last week.

A spokesman for the Medical Examiner's office says 13-year-old Cayman Naib died of a single gunshot wound to the head. The teenager left his home last Wednesday evening after getting an email from school about a failing grade. That night it snowed heavily.

An intensive search was carried out by family and friends.

His body was found on Sunday, covered with snow, lying in a creek on the family property in Newtown Square.
