Measles Outbreak On West Coast Leaves Many Wondering About The Vaccine

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The measles outbreak that started at a California Disney theme park continues to grow.

It's a contagious disease spread through the air, mainly among people who have not been vaccinated. There's no evidence it's on the east coast, but the story has many wondering about the vaccine.

The CDC is advising most adults born after 1957 to get an MMR vaccine, whether they had one as a child or not. Talk to your doctor.
