Phila. Mayor-elect Kenney Names Four More Cabinet Members

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Mayor-elect Jim Kenney has named four more cabinet members, including two holdovers from the Nutter administration.

Kenney is keeping finance director Rob Dubow and putting budget director Rebecca Rhynhart into the newly-created job of Chief Administrative Officer, which he says will oversee procurement, personnel and property management.

"She's going to be tasked with the departments that really need innovation, that really need to step up to the plate and serve citizens better than they've been serving them based on a lot of needs -- like IT needs -- that we really need to implement," said Kenney.

Kenney has chosen Independence Blue Cross Foundation Director Sheila Hess for City Representative -- a job she calls a dream come true -- and businessman Harold Epps for Commerce Director, who says he took the job because of Kenney's focus on neighborhoods.
