Missing Philadelphia Man With Dementia Located

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A missing man with dementia from Philadelphia has been located.

Police say 66-year-old Edward Sojourner wandered away from Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the 3900 block of Woodland Avenue.

Officials say Sojourner left the medical center unnoticed around 10:40 p.m. Saturday.

There was a major concern for Sojourner's well-being, considering both his illness and the freezing temperatures.

He was reportedly located Sunday afternoon and now home with his family.
