Man Wanted For Attempted Child Luring In East Germantown

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted for attempted luring.
Police say the man tried to sign out two children from John Wister Elementary in East Germantown on Tuesday.
The children and their parents say they don't know who he is.
The man took off after staff started asking questions.
