Man Wanted For Exposing Himself To Woman In New Jersey Target Parking Lot

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) – Police are looking for a man accused of exposing himself to a woman in a Target parking lot. The incident happened outside the Target on Berlin Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville on July 16, just before 10 p.m.
Police say the victim got into her car and noticed a man in the car next to her, "staring at her and rapidly moving his arm." The driver turned on the light inside his car and exposed his genitals.
The victim drove away from the suspect's vehicle as he continued to perform the lewd act.
Officials say the man was driving a white Hyundai Veloster.
The suspect is believed to be around 25 years old. He has dark hair and was wearing all black.
