Suspect Wanted For Stabbing A Man At New Jersey Mall Turns Himself In To Police

MAYS LANDING, N.J. (CBS) – Investigators with the Township of Hamilton Police say a man was stabbed Saturday afternoon at the Hamilton Mall.

The incident happened around 3 p.m. at the mall located along the Black Horse Pike.

Hamilton Police have identified the suspect as 27-year-old Haniff Cooper from Atlantic City.

On April 22, Cooper turned himself in to police for his involvement in the assault.

Cooper had reportedly fled the scene after the stabbing.

His bail has been set at $150,000 full cash.

Cooper has been transferred to the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending court.
