Man Shot Seven Times Outside Home In Northwest Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man was critically wounded overnight after being shot seven times outside his home in Northwest Philadelphia.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday along the 5700 block of 19th Street near Chew Avenue in the East Germantown section of city.
Police say a 40-year-old man was shot twice in his left leg, two times in the right leg, once in his right arm, one time in the left arm, and once in the head outside his home.
He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in critical condition.
There was no initial word on a motive for the shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made.
