Police: Man Dies After Being Shot In Neck In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man was killed after being shot in the neck in North Philadelphia on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the 57-year-old man was shot on the 3100 block of Diamond Street around 1 p.m.

He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are investigating the shooting.
