Man Shot By Neighbor In Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a man was shot by his neighbor after a dispute in the Frankford section of the city.

It happened around 3:10 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the 5200 block of Pennway Street.

Authorities say a 33 year-old Hispanic male was shot in the leg by his neighbor during an argument.

The neighbor is a middle-aged Hispanic male and he fled the scene.

Police say the victim was taken to Temple University Hospital and his condition is not known.

There have been no arrests at this time.
