Man Fatally Shot After Gunfire Erupts Outside Delaware TGI Fridays

NEW CASTLE, Del. (CBS) --  A man has died after gunfire erupted outside of a TGI Fridays in Delaware.

New Castle County police say they responded to a call just before 7 o'clock Monday night, reporting gunshots in the parking lot of a TGI Fridays near North DuPont Highway in New Castle.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified only as a man in his 20s, unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshots wound in his torso.  He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say they are interviewing about 40 witnesses who were at the scene as they continue their investigation and that so far, no arrests have been made.
