Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Charges Of Hiding Camera, Filming Teens In Bathroom

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  A Montgomery county man, who is still facing charges of child molestation in Montgomery and Bucks counties, has pleaded guilty to federal charges that he hid a camera in a bathroom to film teenagers.

56-year-old Kevin Rebbie admitted to hiding a camera in the bathroom to record children using the shower, changing or even using the toilet.

He pleaded guilty to federal charges, 19 counts of manufacturing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

He faces 15-580 years in prison, but Assistant U.S. Attorney Michelle Rotella says there are also child molestation charges in Montgomery and Bucks counties.

"There are plea offers that have been made in both counties for him. I think the one county has offered him 25-50 years, he hasn't accepted that offer, but he's got a long road ahead of him," she told KYW Newsradio.

According to court documents, the camera was found by a 15-year-old who took it to Rebbie and another adult.

When nothing happened, she went to other family members who contacted police, who then found the videos in Rebbie's possession.
