Police: Suspect Wanted In Fatal Hit-And-Run In Radnor

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police in Radnor Township are investigating a hit-and-run that left a man dead on Tuesday night.

Margaret Swisher has lived in Radnor Township for decades and travels Lancaster Avenue often.  She can't understand how Someone could hit a pedestrian crossing the street and just keep going.

"Don't know how they can live with their conscience--very sad," she said.

On a rainy night on Tuesday, shortly after 8 o'clock, Radnor police say the driver of a white GMC Yukon hit a 69-year-old man in the 500 block of Lancaster Avenue. Witnesses say the SUV stopped briefly and then sped away.
